Shipping at a Glance

  • 🚚 Shipping cost calculated at checkout—no surprises.

  • 📦 No free shipping (we keep prices fair for riders & creators).

  • ⏱️ Most orders ship in 2–7 business days.

  • 🔎 Tracking number sent by email when your order ships.

  • 🌍 USA shipping now—worldwide coming soon!


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders processed Mon–Fri (excl. holidays).

  • Standard fulfillment: 2–7 business days after payment.

  • Custom, drop, or high-demand items may take longer—estimated ship time at checkout/email.

  • Mixed orders (custom & in-stock) may ship together when all items are ready.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping rate shown at checkout based on your address and order size.

  • Express options may be available (for an added fee).

  • Promos/discounted shipping—shown at checkout if active.

  • No free shipping right now (to keep it real for our rider & creator fam).


3. Delivery Estimates

  • USA Standard: 3–8 business days after shipping.

  • USA Express: 1–3 business days after shipping.

  • International: Coming soon (join our list for updates!).

All delivery times are estimates. Delays from weather, carriers, or customs are out of our control.


4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking info emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hrs to update—please be patient!


5. Risk of Loss & Delivery

  • Risk passes to you when carrier receives package.

  • If tracking says “delivered,” we aren’t responsible for loss/theft after that point.

  • Ship to a secure address if possible.

  • For lost/stolen packages after delivery, please file a claim with the carrier.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Double-check your address!

  • Returned orders (bad address) may be reshipped at your cost, or refunded (minus shipping), at our discretion.


7. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • Worldwide shipping coming soon!

  • You’ll cover any customs, taxes, or import fees.

  • Timing & carrier options vary by country.


8. Delays & Exceptions

  • We aren’t responsible for delays beyond our control (carriers, customs, weather, etc.).
